Bob Marcus D.M.D. graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 1993 and completed his General Practice Residency at the VAMC La Jolla, CA. He maintained a successful cosmetic and family dental practice in Poway (San Diego County), CA, and retired from clinical dentistry in 2019. Since then, Dr. Marcus has been very busy on several fronts: dental practice coaching, dental study clubs, and CEREC training.

As a dental office coach, Dr. Marcus has worked with practices all over the country helping them streamline systems, reduce stress, and ultimately increase production. His focus on the psychology of patient interactions, especially with the treatment planning and presentation process, has helped many dentists and their practices move to the next level.

Dr. Marcus is also an active CEREC mentor, a certified advanced trainer for Patterson Dental, a clinical instructor for CAD/CAM Dentists and has lectured locally, nationally, and internationally on CEREC and related subjects. He used CEREC technology in his office since the "early days" in 2004. He estimates that he has milled over a zillion restorations.

Dr. Marcus is the co-founder and president of Kick Your Apps, Inc., an app company for dentists. Their flagship app, DDS GP, has sold over 15,000 copies in 65 countries! This app provides a quick and easy way for dentists to show their patients dental conditions and treatment options.

He is an accomplished scholar-practitioner with over 25 years of experience leading, managing, and directing specialized teams across various industries. Dr. Sinclair is a change management and leadership subject matter expert, he has coached and mentored corporations, business leaders, executives, and teams to expand capacity, enhance leadership effectiveness, improve business and operational performance, and facilitate growth.

With a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. in Financial Management, Dr. Sinclair possesses a depth of knowledge in the disciplines that enhance business, operational, and leadership capacity for high performance.

Over the past 6 years, he has brought his expertise to the dental industry, assisting dental teams through transition, enhancing dental practice operational and business processes, and developing key metrics and systems for performance management.
